HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests,
These house rules have been adopted to insure proper use of the rented premises and to secure your comfort and safety.
- Accommodation unit is available from 15 p.m. on the day of arrival till 10 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of availability this rule is flexible
- Keys. One set of keys will be handed over.
- During the stay, guests are expected to keep the accommodation clean and tidy.
- Guests should use common sense in not bothering neighbors or making noise on off hours (15:00-17:00 and 00:00-08:00). Please respect each other's privacy and tranquility.
- Dispose waste regularly in municipal garbage containers. Never leave garbage outside and around the house as to prevent pests' attacks.
- Windows. Please close all windows and doors when leaving the suite.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture in the rooms.
- Toilet. Toilet paper, cotton wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons etc. should not be thrown into the toilets.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. When outdoors please use ashtrays as there is a high risk of fire.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Linen. Linen is changed midweek. Always use your own towels when going to the beach.
- Each bedroom has it's own air conditioning unit with remote control. Please assure that windows are closed when A/C is on. Ensure that all units are switched off when leaving the suite.
- Guests are expected to conserve water & energy. Please turn off lights, fans, stoves, air-conditioners, TVs when not in use!

How to Operate Our AC Units
After switching on the unit, set your desired temperature based on the season by pressing either the too warm or too cool button. Then, use the Mode button to select the correct setting, as shown in the reference photos.
